What you need to know
- The form prepares a message on your device. Neracia receives it after you send it through WhatsApp or email.
- Entries are not saved automatically. Save a copy to continue later.
- Files you open are read on your device without automatic upload. Add message attachments yourself.
- Use general information in the first message. Discuss business documents and access after agreeing where and with whom to share them.
Marketing website
This website code installs no analytics, cookies or application database. The Reduce motion button stores a display preference in this device’s browser, without personal data or brief content. Change the preference using the button or remove it by clearing this website’s data in your browser settings. The brief form runs in your browser and does not automatically send or upload data. The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc.; hosting infrastructure may process connection data such as IP addresses, request times and browser information to operate and secure the service. Netlify manages technical data retention according to its processing purposes and policies; Neracia does not specify a single fixed retention period for provider logs. Briefs, WhatsApp and email
Business name, need, timing, optional contact name and email are used to discuss scope if you send them. Downloading a brief only creates a file on your device. The WhatsApp button opens wa.me with the recipient number and draft text in the URL; the text is passed to the WhatsApp service when the link opens. You review and send it yourself from WhatsApp. The email button opens a draft in your email app; you review and send it yourself. WhatsApp and email services have their own privacy settings and terms. Neracia receives the brief only after you send it through the agreed channel.
Contact can open a JSON brief or plan on your device. All selected packages and plan details are retained for review. Copy message writes preview text to your device clipboard only when you press it. JSON/TXT files are not automatically attached to WhatsApp or email. Fields stay in tab memory without autosave; save a copy before closing or switching language.
Work plans & file imports
The package planner processes selections, estimated volumes, input statuses, business alias, context and timing in tab memory. Brief JSON includes the complete plan for review; files can contain the information you enter. Imported plan JSON is read on your device without upload. Download JSON to continue later; closing the tab removes unsaved session data. There is no client account, cloud storage or automatic booking. Downloaded files remain under your control; share only through agreed channels.
Client Pipeline sample
The interactive sample starts with synthetic data. Selected JSON/CSV files are read on your device without upload. Changes stay in tab memory; there is no autosave or customer database. Save forms and download JSON before closing. Downloaded JSON/CSV/ZIP and HTML readouts remain under your control. Review or acceptance references do not verify identity or signatures.
Cash simulator
Business aliases, opening cash, estimated receipts/payments and scenario changes are processed in your browser without uploads or autosave. JSON plans and CSV/TXT summaries may contain your figures; store and share them as needed. Imported files are read on your device. The simulator’s Contact link does not carry simulation figures. Print or save PDF uses your browser’s print function. Closing the tab discards unsaved entries.
Minimum data
Do not include passwords, account numbers, patient data or client files in an initial brief. For an engagement, agree access, storage location, recipients and retention separately.
