Before you start.

Example Studio is a fictional business. Every figure below is synthetic, not a client result. Cutoff: 30 September 2026.

The gallery shows ten examples with figures, explanations and next actions. Or try your own figures in the free cash simulator.

How to read these examples

  1. Start with the summary: which decisions need attention?
  2. Check unpaid invoices and estimated cash remaining each week.
  3. Read the open questions. Sample figures are not conclusions about your business.

You can read this page without downloading files. A ZIP contains several files: open READ-FIRST.md, then the report ending in .html in a browser. CSV provides detailed tables; JSON reopens data in the Neracia tools.

Exceptions and assumptions

  • IDR 500,000 is included in the bank balance but remains unmatched to an invoice. Do not force a match.
  • The conservative case excludes IDR 3,500,000 of assumed receipts and retains every planned outflow. Payment promises do not guarantee receipt.
  • Reviewer and acceptance decisions are not entered. Two exceptions remain open. No collection or payment is executed.

PLAIN EXPLANATIONS

Terms you may
be new to.

No need to memorize these. Use the explanations when reading services and sample outputs.

Bookkeeping

Recording business transactions from available documents and checking balances.

Profit-and-loss report

Shows income, expenses and profit or loss over a period.

Balance sheet

Shows business assets, liabilities and equity at a particular date.

Cash flow

Money coming in and going out. Profit can differ from cash available in the bank.

Receivables & payables

Receivables are amounts customers still owe you. Payables are amounts your business still owes.

Balance matching (reconciliation)

Comparing two records, such as the books and a bank statement, and explaining differences.

Accounting entry line

One line recorded against an account. One transaction can create several lines; entry-line and bank-transaction limits are counted separately.

Reference time

The agreed date or time defining the records to check, for example stock at 5 pm before the next receipt.

Work limits

The tasks, quantities, period, outputs and exclusions written in the proposal.

Responsible person & reviewer

The responsible person handles questions or decisions. The reviewer checks the work before handover. Designate them before starting.

Deposit

An initial payment under the agreed proposal. State the amount, balance and payment dates before starting.

Questions before starting

Do I need to know which service to buy?

No. Describe your business, problem and desired result. Arif helps clarify suitable work before you decide.

Does filling in the form place an order?

The form only prepares a message. Review it and send it through WhatsApp or email. Work starts after agreeing the proposal, inputs, required people, dates and payment terms.

How will I know the price?

Cash & Unpaid Invoice Review is IDR 1,500,000 and Sales Follow-up Setup is IDR 3,900,000 for their listed initial limits. Other services are quoted after reviewing requirements. The quote explains service fees, agreed extras, taxes and payment terms.

How do Bookkeeping and Financial Reports differ?

Bookkeeping records transactions and matches bank balances. Bookkeeping & Financial Reports adds profit-and-loss and balance-sheet reports and a 30-minute discussion. Recording is already included; you do not buy the same work twice.

What if my information is incomplete?

You can still ask. Before work starts, record what is missing, who will provide it and the effect on timing and fees. Confirm dates when the required inputs are ready.

What if the work needs correcting?

Packages include one correction round on the same inputs and work, requested within seven days of handover. Discuss fees and timing for new inputs, periods or tasks.
