NERACIA SALES OFFER TESTING / One measured sales experiment

Sales Offer Testing

Compare two offers before increasing marketing spend.

We design two offer or content options for one product, agree costs and measurement, and assess the results to continue, change or stop.

Fees & payment

Separate service, material production, advertising, creator and software fees. Agree budgets and stop rules before spending.

WHAT WE DO

The work we do
for you.

Example: compare two offers for the same product and check whether extra sales remain profitable after costs.

  1. 01Choose one sales question to test.
  2. 02Define two options, a budget and rules for stopping the test.
  3. 03Compare results after costs and decide the next step.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

When the work is done,
this is what you receive.

For businesses testing a new offer and needing to assess results after costs, not just sales volume.

CHECKING THE OUTPUTS

We check the work
to support your decisions.

Should one experiment continue based on contribution and evidence?

We check outputs against the agreed inputs and work. Outstanding items stay recorded with reasons and next actions.

See detailed checks (for the relevant team)

Starting records Approved product/channel, product costs, refunds/fees, tracking, stock and budget.

01

Contribution per order

Net sales less product, fulfillment, fees, discounts and agreed media/creator allocation. Disclose refunds and incomplete costs.

02

Experiment decision

Compare variants with the same period, denominator and attribution rules. Set spend limits/stop rules before activation.

The owner approves assets, tracking, stock and budget; continue/hold decisions follow evidence and stop rules.

Scale only when contribution, refunds and fulfillment capacity support it; revenue/ROAS are not guaranteed.

Agree starting records, targets and period before starting. Examples and targets are not client results.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Work limits

One main product, one sales channel, two offer/content options and one results summary. Service, material production and advertising costs are separate. Agree the budget and observation period before running the experiment.

What you provide

  • Prices, product/delivery costs, discounts and refunds.
  • Prior sales records and a way to trace orders to their source.
  • Stock, fulfilment capacity, asset permissions and budget approver.

Not included

No guaranteed revenue, orders or profit. Material production, ad activation, creator work and extra experiments require separate agreement.

SUBSEQUENT WORK

Sales Offer Testing

Test one sales question with an agreed budget, observation period and stopping rules.

  1. Design two options

One product and one sales channel. Separate service, material production and advertising fees.

  2. Observe once ready

Run only after approving budget, stock, materials and measurement. Insufficient data remains insufficient.

  3. Continue, change or stop

Decide using results after costs. Further experiments require newly agreed work, budgets and people.

Who is responsible?

You control accounts, approve budgets/materials and provide stock/delivery. We deliver the agreed experiment; sales and profit are not guaranteed.

Each engagement starts after agreeing scope, people, access, timing and payment. Subsequent stages are excluded unless written in the quote.

Fees & payment

Quote after agreeing the experiment plan

Separate service, material production, advertising, creator and software fees. Agree budgets and stop rules before spending.

Timing & corrections

*Estimated 10 working days for preparation & evaluation. Final timing follows complete inputs and agreed scope, access, roles and payment terms. Discuss changed inputs or blockers before changing the schedule.

Includes one correction round on the same inputs and scope, requested within seven days of handover. New periods, data or additional work require agreement on scope and costs.

BEFORE STARTING

Common questions.

Is subsequent work included?

Discuss the next experiment after reviewing results and costs. No obligation to continue ads or buy recurring services.

What if data is missing or there are differences?

We record gaps, their impact and required information. Conclusions requiring evidence remain on hold; discuss extra work and schedule changes before proceeding.

How is business data shared?

Use general context in the initial brief. Before sharing real data, agree minimum access, transfer channels, storage, recipients and retention. Do not share main account passwords.

I am unsure which service fits. What should I do?

Send a brief through WhatsApp or email. We discuss fit and availability, then prepare work and a quote. The website form is not an order or payment.
